Legal Assistant needed to provide essential clerical and administrative support for an Attorney’s Office, including preparing legal documents, managing files, and serving as receptionist and office manager. The role requires strong communication, typing, and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle various office tasks and interact frequently with staff and the public.

FITTER / WELDER Duties: Checking welds visually and dimensionally with precision measuring instruments for conformance to blueprints and specification. Must demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude. Must be able to read and interpret prints involving weld symbols. Ability to weld with FCAW, GMAW and SMAW Processes. Also must able to excavate welds with back gouging carbon arc process / air process. Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding. Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instruction, correspondence and memos. Ability to write correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, are circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics. Prefer strong understanding of LEAN manufacturing. Site Technician will maintain site upkeep, perform basic asset repairs including electrical and mechanical, monitor power generation equipment, and handle general labor tasks as needed. Hours: Aim for 20-40 hours a week starting out and ramping up to the full 40 hopefully very quickly. Schedule is Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00p.m. with a 30 minute lunch

Duties include: Install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical components of industrial equipment. Work as a team member or alone to complete projects. On call to assist 24/7 operations in preventing unplanned downtime and or reducing downtime situation as they occur. Observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes. Make decisions based on technical documents. Perform quality testing and inspections. Interpret and maintain consistent PM schedules. Troubleshoot equipment failures. Develop and maintain relationships with outside contractors. Repairing preventative maintenance on machines and equipment. (grinding mills, sifters, elevators, bag houses, rotary screws, operating control panels, rotary gas dryer, heat exchangers, packaging equipment, and other process equipment). Craft skills which may be required include: welding, pipefitting, general electric, mechanical fabrication and general repair. Inventory control of maintenance parts. Performs housekeeping duties. Monitoring bag house emissions and other potential leak sources of dust and documenting accordingly. ISO 9001, ISO 14001. Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) principles. Statistical Process Control (SPC). Mechanics can be called upon 24/7. Hours are M-F 6:30am to 3pm. with on-call rotation (every third week) with pay incentives for call-ins. Must be able to work overtime, holidays and weekends.

Productions Operator/Loader position now available for a plant in Brownwood. Applicants must have computer experience, possess good math skills, be able to lift 50 lbs., be willing to work in outdoor environments (including rain, cold, heat, etc.), be able to climb ladders and stairs, and be willing to work irregular hours such as weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. Must not be afraid of heights. Midnight – 8 am 8 am – 5pm

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Glass Installer to join our team and perform high-quality installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass. This role requires proven hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must provide professional references and demonstrate a solid work history. Key Responsibilities Install and replace automotive glass including windshields, door glass, back glass, and specialty vehicle glass Diagnose glass damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions Cut and fit flat glass when needed (preferred skill) Ensure proper sealing, bonding, and calibration for safe and accurate installations Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members Document work performed and complete required service records accurately. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to cut and shape flat glass Experience with specialty or custom vehicle glass. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

The Technician II is responsible for welding, fabrication, diagnostics, and repair of light- and medium-duty equipment, including hydraulics, diesel systems, A/C, and small engines. It requires maintaining clean work areas and service trucks, completing paperwork accurately, making service calls, and continuing training and certifications. The job demands working in extreme temperatures, hazardous environments, confined spaces, and lifting up to 100 pounds. Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm. Friday 7:00am-11am.

The Technician III role focuses on repairing and operating heavy equipment such as loaders, dozers, excavators, dump trucks, trash trucks, and fire apparatus, while also performing welding, fabrication, diagnostics, hydraulic work, diesel repair, and full system repairs. The position may supervise assigned employees and requires maintaining clean work areas, completing paperwork, responding to service calls, and participating in ongoing technical training and certification. Work is performed in hazardous environments involving extreme temperatures, confined spaces, heavy lifting up to 100 pounds, and exposure to chemicals, dust, fumes, and uneven terrain. Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm. Friday 7:00am-11am.

General Labor needed full time Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Saturdays as needed. Will maintain a fleet of vehicles, trailers, and tooling in terms of fuel, minor repairs, and detailing/cleaning. Will maintain safety PPE and uniform inventories. Intermediate computer skills including data entry into excel and email. Other housekeeping duties as needed.
