Key Responsibilities Install and replace automotive glass including windshields, door glass, back glass, and specialty vehicle glass Diagnose glass damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions Cut and fit flat glass when needed (preferred skill) Ensure proper sealing, bonding, and calibration for safe and accurate installations Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members Document work performed and complete required service records accurately. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to cut and shape flat glass Experience with specialty or custom vehicle glass. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment Perform final assembly on both manufactured sub assembly components and purchased parts Strong communication skills Reports directly to assembly lead Ability to work on multiple priorities with frequent interruptions Ability to follow both written and oral work instructions. Productions Operator/Loader position now available for a plant in Brownwood. Applicants must have computer experience, possess good math skills, be able to lift 50 lbs., be willing to work in outdoor environments (including rain, cold, heat, etc.), be able to climb ladders and stairs, and be willing to work irregular hours such as weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
