Production Maintenance

We are looking for detail-oriented candidates who have a demonstrated work history of working injury free and following work place/plant safety practices and procedures.
Entry level pay will be based on experience with progressive increases starting after completing a successful probationary period and 8-12 months demonstrated learning ability.
Job duties include but not limited to:
• Safety- Must participate in daily safety routines
• Repair, clean and maintain process equipment
• Troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics
• Fabrication as needed utilizing tools such as welder, torch, and plasma cutter
• Operate various equipment such as forklifts, hoist and cranes
• Ability to work call-out schedule for one-week period as assigned
• Contribute to a team environment that improves plant operations, safety and promotes continuity between departments
Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. M-F Pay is $24.50
Mechanical Maintenance
Brownwood, TX, USA
Pay is $20 to $25 depending on experience
Duties include: Repairing preventative maintenance on machines and equipment. (grinding mills, sifters, elevators, bag houses, rotary screws, operating control panels, rotary gas dryer, heat exchangers, packaging equipment, and other process equipment).
Craft skills which may be required include: welding, pipefitting, general electric, mechanical fabrication and general repair.
Inventory control of maintenance parts.
Performs housekeeping duties.
Monitoring bag house emissions and other potential leak sources of dust and documenting accordingly.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) principles.
Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Mechanics can be called upon 24/7.
Hours are M-F 6:30am to 3pm. with on-call rotation.
Production Operator

$20.17 with $2.50 night shift differential
Job duties include but not limited to:
Ability to follow safe practices. Must participate in daily safety routines. Perform calibration functions on processing equipment, use of basic hand and power tools. Measure product and verify that dimensional tolerances are within acceptable criteria. Prepare product for shipping per various packaging requirements. Assist teammates as required.
Successful candidates will need the following qualifications:
General knowledge and experience using various types of hand tools. Basic computer and math skills.
Proficient in communicating in English language (both verbal and written). Capable of lifting approximately 30 lbs. without an assist. Must be able to differentiate colors. Capable of standing for long periods of time on concrete flooring. Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Schedule: Rotating 12 hour shifts. Month of days. Month of nights.
Shifts are 6:45am to 7p or 6:45pm to 7a.

Tax Accountant

Tax Accountant needed to support a local CPA office. Candidate must have prior working knowledge of preparing a wide range of tax returns (Individual, Partnerships, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, Estates/Trusts, etc.)
Additional Responsibilities
*Need to have working knowledge of Quickbooks and be able to provide bookkeeping and general ledger services for clients, including analysis of G/L to identify and clean up client errors. A working knowledge of Peachtree and other accounting platforms that clients might have, would be helpful.
* Need to have a working knowledge of payroll processing/reporting/compliance issues to assist with payroll clients, or be willing to learn.
* Need to be able to gather pertinent information from clients to enable you to prepare Federal and State tax returns for individuals and businesses, large and small. Experience with Intuit Lacerte tax software is a plus.
* Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel.
