Local production warehouse is needing a production packer. Ideal applicant will be able to lift 50 lbs continuously and be hardworking and reliable. Previous experience on a production line is helpful. Assignment involves standing for long periods of time, consistent lifting, pushing, etc. Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm (some Saturdays may be required).

The ColorLane technician performs tasks to ensure the packaging requirements of the finished product lines are met in accordance with the plant production schedule and other established operating parameters/performance measures. The technician is responsible for performing test procedures of the finished product and reporting the findings of these tests. Also performs additional duty assignments as required/tasked. Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm (some Saturdays may be required).

The Fleet and Equipment Services Specialist is responsible for the ongoing readiness, inspection, maintenance planning, and service coordination of the company’s fleet trucks and equipment. This role focuses on proactive maintenance, accurate documentation, and ensuring vehicles and job-site equipment are dispatched in safe and fully serviceable condition. The specialist will coordinate repairs with local vendors/companies as needed and exercise critical thinking to anticipate issues before they become downtime. Key Responsibilities Proactive Maintenance & Readiness Inspect and document conditions of fleet trucks and equipment (including routine maintenance needs). Anticipate maintenance requirements for fleet trucks, light equipment, and heavy equipment to minimize downtime. Ensure all vehicles/equipment are ready for job sites before dispatch (Tagged/Registration Valid) Repairs Coordination Coordinate repairs and service work with local repair companies as needed. Communicate issues clearly to vendors and track repair status through completion. Ability to repair and diagnosis smaller repairs to maintain vehicles and equipment as needed. Documentation & Recordkeeping Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service documentation, and records of repairs, inspections, and vendor work. Provide reporting as needed to support fleet management and operational planning both in paper and electronically. Equipment Coverage Support maintenance and readiness for equipment such as: Skytracks Skid steers Fleet trucks Trailers Scissor lifts Tooling Travel to and from job site with equipment. Loading Unloading Safety & Compliance Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to ensure safe operations. Schedule: Monday 5:30am-2:30pm, Tuesday to Friday 6:00am-3:00pm, with a 1 hour lunch, 40 hours/week, day shift

The Claim Processor will be responsible for recording new claims, investigating claims and paying claims due. As a customer service professional, he/she will also receive inbound phone and mail inquiries and requests from customers including funeral homes and beneficiaries. The Claim Processor’s goal each day is to ensure each customer interaction results in a positive experience and an accurate work product. Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm; Friday 8:00am-2:30pm (as needed to 5:00pm)

General Laborer/Warehouse is needed in a local Brownwood warehouse for a 4 month, Temporary assignment. Duties will include building pallets, pulling product, operating a forklift, loading/unloading trucks, and assisting delivery drivers. May need to operate company vehicles (non CDLA). FITTER / WELDER Duties: Checking welds visually and dimensionally with precision measuring instruments for conformance to blueprints and specification. Must demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude. Must be able to read and interpret prints involving weld symbols. Ability to weld with FCAW, GMAW and SMAW Processes. Also must able to excavate welds with back gouging carbon arc process / air process. Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding. Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instruction, correspondence and memos. Ability to write correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, are circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics. Prefer strong understanding of LEAN manufacturing. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing or a similar industry, and knowledge of AWS or ASME standards is a plus. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with weekends as needed, and the work is in a manufacturing environment where you'll be on your feet, working around heavy equipment, and using required safety gear. The role involves measuring, cutting, aligning, and securing parts while ensuring quality, safety, and accuracy throughout the fabrication or installation process. The IT data processor/system operator is responsible for operating and monitoring computer equipment and peripheral devices and performs related support work. Essential Functions: • Perform daily clerical tasks which require a high level of attention to detail, including but not limited to: Various accounting functions, Agent commission processing, FTP data file transfers • Required to assist with end of month and end of year processing that may involve working late hours. • Assist with operation of Pitney Bowes hardware & software. • Assist with basic computer hardware issues and printing problems. • Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills. • Show competency in learning new software and functionality. • Be flexible to work weekends and any shift when needed. • Maintain regular and punctual attendance. • Other duties as requested by management.
