About the Job
Perform final assembly on both manufactured sub assembly components and purchased parts.
Strong communication skills.
Reports directly to assembly lead.
Ability to work on multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.
Ability to follow both written and oral work instructions.
Monday to Friday 6a - 6p with some weekend work.
Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment.
Requirements
3 years of assembly experience
Ability to lift and move heavy objects with or without accommodationsÂ
Ability to use forkliftÂ
Work independently as well as in teams
Ability to route and connect harnesses
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Able to recognize, own and act on assembly problems or errors and recommend corrections
Must be proficient in accuracy and attention to detail
