About the Job
We are seeking an honest, dependable, self-motivated Sales & Online Marketing Associate to sell antiques, collectibles, and other merchandise through online platforms and in-store sales in Coleman, TX. Additional opportunities may include assisting with used vehicle sales through our affiliated car lot.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication and sales skills who is comfortable with computers, social media, and online marketplaces and is motivated to grow sales and earning potential.
Responsibilities
Photograph merchandise and create attractive online listings and sales posts.
Sell through Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, and other online platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries, follow up with buyers, and help close sales.
Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, send invoices, and make collection calls.
Merchandise and maintain an attractive storefront to encourage walk-in sales.
Clean, dust, and care for antiques and collectibles.
Assist with online marketing and sales for used vehicles as needed.
Maintain organized inventory and accurate sales records. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM as needed. Compensation & Opportunity
The position begins at $12–$15 per hour based on experience during the training and evaluation period for 540 hours of Temporary time. Commission opportunities based on total sales provide the potential to increase earnings as sales grow. Commission terms will be established by management.

Requirements
Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Computer literacy and familiarity with social media and online selling platforms.
Ability to take clear product photos and create appealing listings.
Self-starter with honesty, dependability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Retail, online sales, antiques, collectibles, or automotive sales experience is a plus.
