About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ductwork, along with a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
Install new HVAC systems, heating and cooling units, and refrigeration equipment.
Install, modify, repair, and maintain ductwork.
Diagnose system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs and replacements.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
Work with heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
Follow all applicable safety procedures, codes, and industry standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Participate in an on-call rotation for weekend service needs as required after training. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Weekend on-call hours as needed after completion of training.
Occasional schedule flexibility may be required to meet service needs.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant HVAC experience.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to work additional hours or respond to on-call needs as required.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and maneuver in tight or confined spaces.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
