About the Job

A local services company requires a Special Projects Manager to record and interpret service data from numerous crews, report and explain data to supervisors, and maintain accurate billing hours to clients. This candidate will need to apply LEAN principles to their work and be able to communicate effectively to off-site crews, supervisors, and other team members,


Skills needed:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience

  • Ability to read and interpret crew reports

  • Ability to accurately enter data in Excel formulas

  • Ability to interpret data and present it both verbally and written to supervisors

  • Ability to communicate clearly to offsite crews in both verbal and written communication

  • Strong Critical Thinking skills 

  • Detail Oriented


  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent


  • Must maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times

  • Flexibility. Must be able to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. 

  • Must be able to work in person in Brownwood, TX

  • 2 year Relevant Experience in Accounting, Office/Crew Management

Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm

$20/ Hour
