About the Job
The Shipping position is responsible for safely moving, loading, banding, and transporting materials throughout the facility using lift trucks and other equipment. This role supports daily warehouse and shipping operations by preparing loads, securing products, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Employees must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE while working in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, noise, and wet or humid conditions. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to perform physical labor in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Requirements:
Ability to safely operate lift trucks and warehouse equipment
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 55 lbs., with or without assistance
Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, bending, and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions
Must wear required PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe footwear
Basic ability to use radios, computers, and other warehouse tools/equipment
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Strong attention to safety procedures and teamwork
Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts
Previous warehouse, shipping, or forklift experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED (required)
10 years clear on criminal background
Valid TX Driver's license
Schedule: It is a straight day job Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm  with occasional OT on the weekend and after hours.Â
Pay:Â $20.68/hr
