About the Job
We are looking for a reliable, friendly Laundromat Attendant to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Perform wash, dry, and fold laundry services.
• Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Keep the laundromat clean, including restrooms, floors, folding areas, and equipment.
• Perform light equipment maintenance, including lint removal, cleaning drain troughs, and emptying trash.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Communicate effectively with the owner and team members.
• Follow company policies and maintain a professional, positive attitude. Schedule:
• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a 1 hour lunch
Pay
• $13–$14 per hour, based on experience.
• Opportunities for pay increases based on longevity, performance, and aptitude.
Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
Basic computer/POS experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Laundry or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
