About the Job
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Lab Technician to support quality control at a production plant. While Laboratory experience is preferred, we will provide on the job training for the right applicant.
Responsibilities:
Collect and prepare material samples for testing
Perform routine quality control tests
Record test results accurately
Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and work areas
Perform routine equipment checks and basic lab maintenance
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Requirements
Qualifications
Moderate math skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn laboratory testing procedures
Valid DL
Education
Minimum: Â High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Associates degree or 2 years of laboratory experience
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
Lift 50 lbs. or more
Work safely in a laboratory and plant environment
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 4:00am-12:00pm, every third Saturday, with occasional Sunday work as needed. Flexibility to cover night shifts as needed.
