About the Job

Customer Relations Specialist for Call Queue will be a liaison between our financial institution and its current and potential customers. The candidate will maximize outcomes by ensuring problem-resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.



· Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.

· Compliance with policies and procedures.

· Utilize fraud prevention strategies.

· Identify customers’ needs, research each issue, and provide solutions.

· Perform account and customer maintenance

· Build and maintain rapport through customer connectedness.

· Note-taking to assist team members in understanding what has been done.

· Meet personal and team goals.

This Position Requires:

· Effective verbal and written communication.

· Strong interpersonal relations.
