About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Automobile Glass Installer to join our team and perform high-quality installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass. This role requires proven hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must provide professional references and demonstrate a solid work history.
Key Responsibilities
Install and replace automotive glass including windshields, door glass, back glass, and specialty vehicle glass
Diagnose glass damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions
Cut and fit flat glass when needed (preferred skill)
Ensure proper sealing, bonding, and calibration for safe and accurate installations
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members
Document work performed and complete required service records accurately. Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to cut and shape flat glass
Experience with specialty or custom vehicle glass. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Requirements
Proven experience as an automotive glass installer
Professional references confirming skill, reliability, and work quality
Strong technical ability with tools, adhesives, and installation equipment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift, move, and handle glass safely
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
