About the Job
Position: Administrative Assistant
Type: Temp to Hire
Pay : $15 per hour
Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm
Duties:
Answering simple multi-line phones. Taking orders, answering customer inquiries, and directing calls professionally.
Operating standard office equipment and tools, including computer, printer, copier, and email.
Operating label printer program (experience helpful but not necessary). Anyone with computer aptitude can easily train.
Knowledge of inventory (inventory processes and applications) helpful and desirable
Requirements
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Outlook
